A: Stock samples need 3 days; customized samples need 5-7 days.
Q: How about the sample policy?
A: Samples are free for 1 kg, clients only need to pay for the freight. If the samples are customized, some fee will be charged.
Q: Is the sample charge refundable?
A: Yes, we promise that the sample cost will be refunded after the order is confirmed.
Q: What express courier do you use to send the samples?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, TNT, FEDEX and UPS. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Our usual payment term is T/T. Others could be negotiated.
Q: Can you produce according to our drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce based on your drawings, sizes and samples. We provide OEM & ODM services with innovation, profession and satisfaction.
Q: What about after-sales services?
A: Through e-mails, pictures, or guest samples to confirm the real cause of the problem. If there is really a product problem, we will redo with no charge.
